ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days using Australia Post or other similar shipping providers.
FREE SHIPPING applies to all household products.
Flat rate shipping fee of AUD $200 applies to commercial products.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping most countries not on the Australian, UN, US, UK, or EU sanctioned countries list.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT/GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Green Sink Solutions is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. You are not responsible for the cost of the return shipping fees.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hasan@greensinksolutions.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
